What is collected

The application form collects the company's details, the founder or applicant's name, email address and mobile number, and the written answers about the business. The nomination form collects the nominating institution's details, the nominator's name, title, email address and mobile number, and the details of the nominated company. No financial statements, tax filings, bank documents, ownership documents or file uploads are requested at this stage.

How it is used

The information is used only to evaluate the application or nomination against the SME 360 admission criteria and to contact you about it. It is not used for marketing.

How it is stored

Each submission is delivered by email to Transcend's mailbox, where it is held securely and is accessible to the people conducting the review and no one else. The website keeps no database of submissions. To limit repeated submissions, the connection address of a submission is held for up to one hour and then discarded.

Who sees it

It is not sold, and it is not shared beyond the review process. Where a nominated company is admitted and public recognition of the nominating institution is agreed, that recognition is arranged separately and in writing.

Your choices

You may ask what is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, by emailing info@transcend-egypt.com. Requests are answered within a reasonable period.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the standard request your browser makes for any file.
